What the kit does for you

The bank application
The documents requested, answer templates for the form, notes that lower the risk of a decline. The most valuable item in this section is the address rule: which address Mercury accepts, and why the free address from the registered agent is not written in.
Connecting Stripe
The right order and the waiting step in between. A new EIN takes time to land in the IRS database, which is why early applications get declined. The section is based on official Stripe documentation.

Publishing as a company on the App Store: the D-U-N-S number
Apple and Google ask for the same thing when you open a developer account under a company name: a D-U-N-S number. The number is free. The annual obligation calendar
The IRS filing a foreign owned LLC makes every year (Form 5472, April 15), the state report, the registered agent renewal. Date, amount, who it goes to and what happens if it is missed, all in one table.

A ready question list for the Türkiye side, in your accountant's language: income from capital investment, place of management, the GVK article 22 exemption. The kit makes no ruling on these topics, it gives you the list to take with you.

The kit exists so you can do the setup with your own hands: a step by step to-do list, and you fill in the forms. If you prefer a done for you service, the kit still helps, because you see exactly what is inside that package.
The cost calculator is free and sourced. 51 states, the setup year and the annual fixed cost each stand separately.
Google Play registration is a one time 25 dollars, Apple is 99 dollars a year, and the D-U-N-S number is free. On the company side Wyoming runs 139 dollars in the first year, and 185 dollars in the following years when you file the declaration yourself. If you publish with an individual account you need neither a company nor a D-U-N-S number, and you only pay the store fee.
You apply through Apple's own lookup tool, the application is free and Apple writes 5 business days for that route. You apply once the company exists, and filing in Wyoming finishes the same day, so about a week covers it from the day you get the kit. Once the number is in hand you wait 2 more business days for the Apple enrolment. Section 7 covers what to do if the application drags on.
